Emilio - Chianti Superiore DOCG
The grapes and the vineyard
Sangiovese is the most representative grape of the territory, whose peculiar organoleptic characteristics such as hints of violet and small red fruits, fresh acidity and energetic tannins make it unmistakable and typically Tuscan.
The wine
Elegant Sangiovese with an intense ruby red color. The nose is intriguing and composed: the aroma of red fruits typical of the terroir of Montespertoli precedes spicy notes of musk and peat. In the mouth it expresses harmony and intensity, the tannin is sweetened thanks to the passage in balanced and well-dosed wood. Accompanies pasta dishes with savory meat sauces, red meat and game.
